“Fiat” is not an acronym or a car, but a latin word simply meaning “yes” or “let it be done.” This is a direct biblical reference to “Fiat Voluntus Tua,” Mary’s “yes” to God in the midst of an unexpected, life-changing situation.
Fiat Family Medicine is a medical office reflecting this fiat as Dr. Pranger has said “yes” on many avenues, including training in NaProTechnology, maintaining independence in a complicated medical environment, and seamlessly blending his Catholic faith with professional endeavors.

FAMILY MEDICINE/OBSTETRICS
Dr. Pranger graduated from University of Iowa College of Medicine in 2001. He completed his residency at the North East Iowa Medical Education Foundation in 2004. He and his wife, Maria, have 14 children and enjoy spending time on their farm caring for their animals.

Family Medicine
As a family medicine clinic, we provide medical care for the WHOLE family - no matter the age or stage in life, from conception until natural death.
Fertility Care
Dr. Pranger is trained in NaProTechnology and the Creighton Method to help women and couples understand their reproductive health.
Obstetric Care
Dr. Pranger provides pregnancy care, takes his own call, and will provide care from conception through delivery and postpartum.
