Billing Information

No Show Policy Starting April 1st, 2023

Due to frequent no-shows, beginning April 1, 2023 Fiat Family Medicine will implement a no-show policy.

Patients who do not show up to appointments without prior notification will be charged a $45.00 scheduling fee.

The $45.00 fee must be paid before scheduling future appointments. Fee can be paid in person or over the phone by cash, check or card.

We appreciate your understanding. 

Collections Policy Starting 2021

Beginning May 2021, our office will start utilizing a collections agency. 

Any past balances 3 months old or more are at risk of being sent to collections UNLESS you are set up with an automatic payment plan.

To set up a payment plan, you will need a credit card, an amount that you would like to pay, and the frequency with which you would like to pay it. 

Need to Pay a Bill?

You have multiple options on how to pay:

  1. Pay Online through our patient portal. Click Here
  2. Call our office to make a payment over the phone.
  3. Set up a payment plan by phone or email and we will send you monthly statements until your balance is paid off.
  4. Set up automatic payments with a credit card by calling the office with your card information. You have the option to pay monthly, weekly, or bi-weekly at an amount of your choosing until the balance is paid off. 

Family Billing

Email or call our office to set up family billing for your family! We are able to link your family’s accounts so that the bills for all of your family members go to the same guarantor. You can then access all of your family’s bills on your online portal.
